Zucchini Alfredo
Great taste but I used spaghetti noodles since it is what I had on hand. I would not suggest this to anyone else. The shredded zucchini and pasta was the same size and shape and made the texture a little strange.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
Very nice flavors! My husband is mildly allergic to shrimp but couldn't keep himself from going back for seconds. He broke out in hives later but said it was worth it! Thank you for the great recipe.

Stuffed Tomatoes
Very nice mix of flavors but the sausage was overbearing. I would half the sausage next time or use a very mild sausage.
