Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Used these for peanut blossoms and they were great. We did reduce the sugar a little as they were going to have chocolate on them.

This was ok. It was a basic recipe that needs to be tweaked. I used half ricotta and half sour cream and fresh parm. I also added some fresh basil and topped with more when served.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

I have made this twice, once as written and once with shredded chicken and cream of chicken soup in place of the beef and cream of mushroom. I prefer it with the chicken. Good base recipe that can be tweaked to match your tastes

Let's put it this way, when I asked my 15 year old daughter and friend what they would rate this recipe they both said 18! I did let the milk and eggs come to room temp, like I do when I make pancakes. Thanks for sharing the recipe

To die for! Added more turkey and halved the recipe as it was just two of us. We ate the whole thing and would have gone back for more but there wasn't any. Great starter recipe that can be very forgiving

Barbeque Halibut Steaks

Made this tonight as written and let me say it was fantastic! I loved the crunch bit where the grill marks were. Will make again and may marinade for a bit before hand to get the flavors throughout,especially with the thick halibut we had. Thanks!

The first time I made these almost according to directions - switching corn syrup for golden, and baked them in two rolls and they did not turn out at all. The second time I did them as drop cookies and the taste was very good. Great tasting, but I had issues with the method

Wonderful idea. I used Cappicola, Virginia Ham, and Hard Salami along with the provolone and swiss. Also I found that chopping the peppers and placing them on papertowel to dry kept the crust from becoming soggy.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

I have made this recipe twice. Once exactly as written (4 stars) and last night as loaded mashed potatoes. Differences the second time around included: using stock rather than water and cubes, adding crumbled bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and chives. Thanks for idea of mashed potatoes in a slow cooker!

Made this tonight and the family really enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, was because I had to guess at the type of hash browns that it was supposed to have (I used the Simply Potato Shreds that are found in the dairy aisle) Very quick and easy
