I am a professional chef and love to cook. There are days I act like a lunatic in the kitchen. I still don't know what comes over me. I guess it's just my nature to never want to send food out of my kitchen that I wouldn't want to send out to my own family. Changes all the time but I still love to make big pots of soup enjoy making things from whatever is fresh and in season-especially in the summer from the garden. Making ravioli,sauce,wedding soup and ricotta pie for the holidays. Beating my husband who is also a professional chef in several competitions...I hate the flavor of humble pie.... The infamous jello incident.
