Bread Pudding III
Wow! Some of the best bread pudding I've ever had! I used a random mix of breads I had in my bread box. Blueberry coffee cake, cake donuts, and homemade whole wheat bread. All mixed together and allowed to soak for a few minutes before cooking... delicious! Will definitely make again!

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
not exactly sure what I did wrong but neither the stovetop method, or the microwave worked for me. I ended up having to knead the powdered sugar in so now I have a clump of chocolate/peanut butter "dough" to do something with. Will try putting the microwave at a lower temp next time

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies
Quick and easy. I used my pampered chef cookie/melon baller to scoop them out then flattened them out slightly. Turned out all uniform and wonderful. Reminds me of my great grandmother's recipe. Thanks!
