Italian Chicken Marinade
I followed this recipe exactly. It was good and not too salty, although other reviewers said that it was. Not sure if I will use it again. Seems to lack a little something. If I do use it again, perhaps I will add some fresh garlic to give it a little character. Had to Edit this review 7-23-09 I have upgraded the rating from 3 stars to 4 because I have found that the chicken served cold after a day or so in the refridgerator is ever so much better than it was hot off the grill. Now that I have discovered this, I will DEFINITELY be using this recipe again.

Bread Pudding I
This was pretty good. A wee bit too much cinnamon, and too many raisins for me, but the flavor was good overall. It did take three times as long to cook as stated, though. Thanks for a good recipe that is fairly close to mom's!

Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
This rice pudding has an excellent flavor, but still isn't quite what I am looking for. My mother's rice pudding was baked, but did not set up so solid, it had a creamy, pudding to go along with the rice. I was hoping this would also. It was perfect when I took it out of the oven, but as it cooled it set up into a stand alone mass. Guess I will keep looking. This was very tasty, though. Wish I could figure out how to make it creamier.
