Potato Salmon Patties
I really liked this recipe. not only was it easy and quick, it was very tasty. my 3 1/2 and 2 1/2 yr old also loved it. I did use potato "pellets" instead of the flakes which made it harder to mix, it did not adversely affect the taste but I will go along with the recipe next time and use the potato flakes.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
I had this reciepe the first time at a friends house for luch. They were leftovers from the night before but the taste was so good I had to have the recipe. I made it myself at home, I added the balsamic vinegar and the mozzarella cheese as suggested by others, as did the friend who recommended to recipe. Very easy to cook, and very yummy.

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole
Pretty good recipe. Very easy to make. I used frozen seasoned curly fries for the top, and only used 1lb ground beef and one can cream of chicken, and added fresh cheeses to the sauce pan before adding to the baking pan. I added cheese on the top at the end of baking as well.
