i've always loved to cook. I have been cooking since I was twelve years old. I mainly cook soul food dishes, and some Italine and Asian. I like baking, but I mostly do it on the holidays. Soul food is my favorite things to cook. I also like to try new recipes, and share them with close friends. My favorite family cooking traditions is cooking Thanksgiving with my daughter. We have a big spread. You name it and it will be on the table. Mostly from the Africa-American tradition. My cooking triumphs is cooking rice, I can prepare any kind of rice, and any kink of pork. My tragedies is cassarole I have a hard time with casaroles.
