I am a 28 year old stay at home mom. I have 3 kids that keep me busy, ages 8, 4 and 1. I LOVE to bake!! I tend to "stress bake" alot. I like trying new dishes, but enjoy more traditional cooking. In my family, we all get together to make Christmas cut-outs. Lately it has turned into a 2-day process. Since each of us wants alot of cookies to take home, we end up making ALOT. Everyone gets tired, kids and adults (you can usually find my mom asleep on the couch mid-day). So we end up baking one day, then coming back the next morning to frost. We're all pretty goofy after the second day (from all the sugar)! It's alot of fun! I recently won 3rd at the local fair for my cookies. Nothing too major...yet.
