Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Hmmm... Mine shredded into a very odd chicken-paste. I gave it 4 stars because the TASTE is very good, and the recipe is so fast/easy. I would like to give this one another chance -- maybe try cooking on high for a shorter period of time so the chicken won't shred as much (???) The other thing is, I definitely would not call this a stroganoff... If you're looking for a chicken dish with the classic beef strog taste, this is not the one. But, again, very good flavor :)

Cream of Mushroom Chicken
This was very quick and easy. I would recommend only using 1 C (or less) of water, and would consider substituting 1/2 C of water for 1/2 C white wine. I say that only because this recipe has that kind of "generic" cream of mushroom taste.

Frosted Pumpkin Cookies
I thought these were great, but my family/friends thought they were too "cakey". I will say, they are definitely more of a muffin consistency, and the cookie itself is quite bland -- but combined with the frosting, I thought these were very good. Made a great breakfast cookie :)
