Ultimo's No-Bake Blueberry Squares

Okay, but not spectacular. Makes a good quick dessert when you don't have a lot of time.

Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones

I didn't have any yogurt on hand, so i used sour cream with honey and lemon juice as someone else suggested. These drop scones were absolutely delicious! Very moist.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Okay. Could have used a little more pizzazz. Also, it didn't remind me much of true alfredo. It was more or less just a creamy noodle sauce.

Cream Cheese Brownies III

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2009
Very good and moist! I like my brownies a bit gooie, so I always set the timer to about 5 minutes less than the recipe calls for. that way I can be sure to pull them out at just the right moment. I didn't have german sweet choc on hand, so I used semi sweet morsels instead. Can't wait to try this recipe again with the sweet chocolate. thanks!

Peaches and Cream Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2009
This cake is absolutely delicious! However the icing would be way to thin if you use the 1/2 cup milk listed in the recipe (hence only 4 stars..) I used the advice of other reviews and cut the milk down to 1/8 cup (2 Tbls), 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla. I also used fresh peaches instead of canned, and mixed some diced peaches into the cake batter as well. An instant favorite!

Mocha Decadence

Reviewed: May 31, 2009
What a wonderful chocolate cake recipe! I made this a couple of days ago cause I wanted to try something different for dessert. I accidentally used unsweetened baking chocolate instead of semisweet, but added a little sugar while it was melting...turned out fine. Also I didin't have any coffee liquor so used freshly brewed coffee instead..not a strong coffee flavor, but the cake was still a big hit with my husband who loves all things chocolate!

Mexican Style Shredded Pork

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
This is amazing!! I cooked the roast in the crock pot on low all day (bone in). By the end of the day the meat was so tender and juicy. My husband and I both loved the flavor. We used the meat for a couple of different dishes (since it makes plenty for leftovers), and it was great for tacos, nachos, enchiladas, but our favorite was definitely flautas!

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
My family loved these! The only thing that keeps this from being 5 star is that the batter was quite runny. We like our pancakes a little thicker, beside it's easier to deal with on a griddle when the batter's thicker.

London Broil I

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
I haven't made a London Broil before, so I wasn't sure what to do with it. I came across this recipe and had all the ingredients on hand so I thought I'd try it. The flavor was great, but a little salty. I used the leftover meat for steak caesar pitas(awesome!). I will definantly use this marinade again.

Blueberry Muffins II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
This recipe was delicious! I typically use the Betty Crocker recipe with streusel topping, but I think this one might be a new favorite. I used blueberries that I had frozen from last year's pick, and they worked well. Also I didn't need to bake for the full 30 minutes; about 18-20 in my oven worked well.

These are awesome!...and fairly easy too, as far as cinnamon rolls go. My husband is a big fan, and agrees that these are even better than Cinnabon. (They also frreeze well too.)
