Grow up at my grandmother house, she had me cooking has far back as I can remember. Old southern style, all food was farm rised and if fried it was in lard.

Spicy Chicken Enchiladas
Delicious! I substituted turkey for chicken and followed the rest of the recipe exactly the first time. I had my granddaughter over the second time left out the jalapeno and add more onion, super both times. Yummy

Broccoli Mango Salad
This was fantastic. A great cool salad for the summer. The cashew nut and oranges complimented each other. I used chopped mango in this instead of cubes so we didn't get just a bite of mango. I also like the kick of the horseradish.
