Very easy to make, turned out great. It took about 80 minutes to cook though. I added about 2 tbsps of fresh lemon juice and zest. Will make again!

Very good! I used president's choice whole grain lasagna noodles. I didn't cook them before hand. Instead I only simmered the sauce for about 40 minutes, then assembled and baked together for around 1 hour. Turned out great. I also added fresh spinach to the ricotta mix. I will make this again. The only downfall to this recipe is the time to prepare...but the results are worth it.
