I love food and will taste anything once. I try to keep cooking fresh and interesting by trying new recipes regularly. I enjoy foods from other cultures and countries. I like my own cooking but I really enjoy a fine dining experience. It is hard to pick favorites because I really enjoy such a wide variety of foods from many cultures. One of my favorites is Soups because there are so many types. For me, nothing beats a hot, hearty pot of soup on a chilly or rainy or snowy Fall/Winter day. Every Thanksgiving my Auntie E. makes her "special" recipe of Sage Dressing. We all love to try and sneak a peek to find out her secret but no one has succeeded yet. Auntie E. promises to leave her secret recipe to me when she passes on. Auntie E. is 94 years of age and still going strong. I think she just might outlive me!! LOL Beef Tenderloin w/ Walnut-Horseradish Crumbs, Lamb & Rice w/ Greek Tomato Sauce Any type of pie I have ever baked from scratch. I surrendered to the Pie Monster back in 1989 and haven't baked pie from scratch since. I'm not too good with store bought either!! Pie and I do not have a "thing going on." LOL
