Simple BBQ Ribs
Absolutely the best ribs I've ever made. The only problem I had was finding enough ribs for everyone to gorge on. No need for any other rib recipe!

Cheese Sauce
This is a great start to a cheese sauce...it could use a little more kick to it...so I like to experiment with some extra red pepper flakes and even tabasco sauce. This is a nice sauce to whip up in a hurry especially over steamed veggies.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I really like these because even the cookie part has flavor, but my fiancee--a true chocolate-chip cookie addict complains that they have too much flavor. Go figure. They turn out almost fluffy and made a beautiful presentation in a cookie basket I made for Christmas. I even under-bake them and they LOOK great!
