I am a Professional Cook, however currently practicing at home bc I have 2 small children and another on the way!! I am married to a Cuban and I am American, so we eat a lot of ethnic food in our home. I love cooking things that are new and that I have never tried before. Other countries have great foods that we should all atleast try. Vietnames food is AMAZING!! I am working on finding great recipes to try. My family is southern so, traditionally that's what we had growing up, but now that I have my own family things are changing and I am working on new ones.
