Tacos in Pasta Shells

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
It was fairly good. But next time I will add some milk to make it creamier and use corn flake crumbs. I really did not like the bread crumbs at all.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
This was an excellent recipe. I added one carrot to give it more color. Also, because my kids don't like mushrooms and I do, I went ahead and added a can of cr of mushroom soup and cut the milk to 1 1/2 cups. I know this goes against the "scratch" concept, but it worked really well. I was able to have my mushroom flavor and they didn't know it. Enjoy!!
