What an easy way to make dessert after a dinner that included rice! Next time I'll remember to make more rice than I need so I can make this yummy treat after dinner. I used crasins because I didn't have rasins, and it was good, but not as good as it would have been with the rasins.

I've made this twice now, the second time I substitued blackberries instead of the blueberries and added and extra tbs of cornstarch. Like the other reviewer I also did not have mace so I used cinnamon. My Mom said it was the best cobbler she's ever had. It's gone the night I make it! Definatley a summer favorite.
