A Pad Thai Worth Making

I have made this about 10 times now, and here is what makes it perfect for me: no oyster sauce and a scant 3 TBSP fish sauce, add thin sliced carrots, add 2 TBSP minced ginger and add 1/4 cup peanut butter A staple in our household now!

Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

SO GOOD! I have made it several times now and it is perfect! I didn't add the avocado, and used parm instead of asiago. I made a vegetarian scampi one time too and instead of shrimp, used tomatoes and broccoli. This is a great addition to my meal rotations!

Beef Stroganoff III

fabulous! just the way I had hoped it would turn out. I tasted awesome with just the right amount of sauce. I did have to let it cook about 1/2 a hour longer so the meat was fork tender, but i cut it into large chunks, so it may have been an error on my part.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

these were sickeningly sweet. so much so that nobody would even eat them and I had to throw them out :( I was really hoping they'd be better based on the other reviews
