5 star recipe for great flavor and easy to make..... NOT the best banana bread I've ever eaten (& I DO LOVE ME SOME BANANA BREAD)but a very tasty recipe for being so simple. Have made both as a loaf and as mini-muffins... prefer the mini-muffins dues to taking less time to cook and being more portable for the family to eat and grab on-the-go. Thanks for a super easy and super tasty recipe.

Would give this 4.5 star if possible - used the other reviewers advice and halved the amount of butter. Also mixed both dijon and spicy brown mustard (most reviewers used one or the other instead of prepared mustard).... another modification from other reviewers was to increase the amount of curry and add seasoning/garlic salt. Overall a great recipe with a surprisingly unique and tasty combination of ingredients. With the changes, easily a 5+ star recipe!

WOW! Super easy and SUPER DELICIOUS!! My husband is crazy for lemony sweets and LOVES LOVES this recipe (ate almost the whole batch himself!). Followed the recipe as written except for adding about three times the amount (3tsp) of lemon extract (based on previous reviewers suggesting so for more lemon flavor) - still think I could have added even more (for hubby's lemon fetish *winks*). Still a 5-star recipe no matter what! Thanks a bunch for submitting.
