Soba with Toasted Sesame Seed Sauce

I browned extra seeds and then I tripled the sauce and let it sit a bit longer in the extra sauce to absorb as much as possible into the noodles. I served it luke-warm... my roommate and boyfriend loved it!

World's Best Lasagna

I forgot the parm cheese - but this is still the best lasagna. The recipe for the tomato & meat sauce is the key - I plan on making the sauce as per this recipe for other dishes!

Carrot Ginger Creme

this lacked something to add as a spice --and it needs to be cooled almost to a medium warm temperature in order to be blended enough. Without this temperature tip it was almost chewing through this soup -- it did make great left overs after being refridgerated and pureed again.

Fresh Pear Pie

very good even though I used a boxed recipe for the crust and used a crumbled white sugar crust for topping - the topping made it. I also added another pinch or two of cinnamin. No one could believe it was not apples!
