Grilled Salmon with Curried Peach Sauce
WOW! This is absolutely delicious. So easy, just a few ingredients but turns out so gourmet. Yum!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
delicious! and so easy! I added some summer squash and zucchini just for variety and it turned out great.

Grilled Salmon With Orange Glaze
great flavor, but should have reduced it down to thicken it a bit. would like to try this with apricot or peach preserves instead of the orange, which was a little bitter.
