Banana Cream Pie I

Loved this pie recipe. I did make a whipped cream mousse to top off the pie. So yummy. I took whipping cream, half packet instant vanilla pudding, dash of vanilla and dash of sugar. Whipped until peaks formed and spread over the top. Yummy!

I really enjoyed this recipe. I purchased the wrong size box of Jello so I had to cut the recipe in half. I think I will try adding pineapple and maybe miniature marshmallows next time. Great recipe thank you.

Wonderful dip. I did bake it in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes instead of using the microwave since my microwave caught fire and burned up last week. LOL. Definitely a keeper.

Bread Machine Rolls

I love this recipe. I have made them three times this week. Once for dinner rolls and then for sandwich rolls. They are excellent. For dinner rolls I rub tops with butter for sandwich rolls I do the egg wash. Nice and soft better than the store rolls I bought. I do add 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten to the recipe. This one is a keeper.
