I like to entertain, but I am only starting to cook on a regular basis. I generally don't like cooking unless it is for a get-together or party and then I don't like to make the some 'ol thing, but I would rather try something new and different. Most of the time it either turns out really good and gets rave reviews or it doesn't work out and it goes in the garbage before anyone sees it! Quick and easy for everyday cooking or elaborate and southern style for holiday cooking. Big Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners back home in Alabama. Too numerous to count.
