I'm an Executive Sous Chef in the Twin Cities area. Love to cook, both professionally and at home for the family. I've been through the progression of a professional kitchen (line cook, lead cook, sous chef, executive sous chef) and have been in the food servivce industry for nearly 8 years now. Long hard road, but offset with a sense of accomplishment and reward.
My favorite things to cook
Depends how adventerous I am feeling. I've got two young children at home, one of which is picky so that can be difficult. I guess my home cooking specializes in wholesome flavorful comfort foods, but occassionally verge off into something more "sophisticated."
