I'm a traveling nurse and don't get much time to cook, but I love it when I get the time! My goal one day is to make the majority of the food I eat, including staples like breads/rolls, condiments, etc, and to grow the fresh ingredients myself! However, that's a ways down the road.... I love to cook the things I love to eat! So, I mostly cook things with 'sauce' - things served over rice, especially. I love trying new recipes, too. Perfect bread pudding with gourmet butterscotch sauce! Setting the bread on fire.... spilling the custard pie all over the bottom of the oven.... cutting the whole dinner recipe in half EXCEPT for the salt! There are many more...
