Warm Crab Parmesan Dip
Delicious, however I did change some things, I didn't use mayonnaise, but I did add grated sharp cheddar cheese and a drop or two of hot sauce.

Lemongrass and Citrus Poached Salmon
Delicious!,however I did make a change, I used 2 Kiffer Lime leaves with the other ingredients. . Really, really, good!!!

Steamed Christmas Pudding
This is really good, however, I do not like mincemeat, so omitted it.
