Beer Batter Fish Made Great
Great recipe. Unfortunately, I cut the salt in half because several reviews said it was too salty, and it ended up being too bland. I wonder if they used garlic salt instead of garlic powder. I think 2 teaspoons of salt would be just right, and I will make it that way next time.
