Easy Chicken Enchiladas
Sooooo good! The cream cheese and salsa combination is amazing. I always follow a recipe the first time but will be making these again with different additions.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
This was so good! Easy, fast and delicious. The texture is smooth and creamy. I would add more broccoli florets but that is just my preference.

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes
Healthy, easy and delicious. This was very good as written and could be adjusted many ways depending on what you have on hand or just personal preferences. I always like recipes for greens that make them less boring.
