Chocolate Zucchini Cake I
I didn't care for the texture of the cake but the people in my office did enjoy it. I won't be making it again.

Honey Butter Zucchini Bread
The bread was super moist but I think it needs more cinnamon and nutmeg. I also cut back a little of the sugar and substituted applesauce for the oil.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
I made these for Christmas Dinner and served it with Prime Rib and a Nicose Green Beans. Everyone raved about the potatoes. Next time I will only make enough for one meal because they didn't reheat very well.
