Savory Crescent Chicken
These were a bit tricky, but ultimatley YUMMY! I definatly recommend chilling the chicken/cream cheese mixture before stuffing the cresents. It made it much easier to work with. Overall, very good & will make again.

Mexican Rice II
I was a little nervous about the whole "puffing the rice" thing, but this turned out really yummy. Its a great base to play with.

Green Chicken Enchilada
So simple & my 6 year old loved it!. I really can't ask for more than that. I added black olives on top, & I will probably add black beans in with the chicken next time.
