Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich
After reviewing feedback from several other users, I decided to mix the sauce into the chicken rather than use it as a condiment. I also warmed the sandwiches open-faced and placed the tops on afterwards. The only recommendation I would make for warming it this way is to reserve some of the sauce to place on the tops of the bread (to help hold it in place better). This sandwich is so, so good! You've got to try it!

Cucumber Soup
The recipe was very easy to make, and it made a good quantity. But I think the sour cream flavor took over the soup-- it was just too strong. The soup was also not as thick as I'd hoped. This wasn't bad, but it just did not impress me. Sorry, won't be making this one again...

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties
This recipe is very easy to make and is well liked by everyone. I followed someone's suggestion to use Melba Toast rounds, but I think the whole package of dressing mix is a bit much. Someone has suggested using 12 oz sour cream and the whole package. That sounds really good, and I'm definitely going to try it next time I make this!
