Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

So good! I only used about half the box of pasta, and kept everything else the same. My hubby wanted to finish the entire dish, but I made him save some for me, for leftovers tomorrow! Thank you for sharing!!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Wow! This is so good, and very simple to make!! I doubled the amount of spinach and used 4oz feta and 4oz mozzarella. Also, added more garlic and red pepper. Thanks for sharing!

Bread and Celery Stuffing

I was looking for something quick to make with our leftover turkey-- I halved the recipe and toasted sourdough bread in the oven for 10- 15 minutes before adding it to the dressing. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

AMAZING!!! I used Sage Sausage and Sourdough bread-- skipped the liver, and added more stock since I baked it separately. I think next time I'll add 1- 1 1/2 cups more of extra bread since I love the crunchy texture in my stuffing. Baked 350 uncovered for 1 hour (stir half way through). I will be making this every year for Thanksgiving!! Thank you! :)

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Yummy! I was looking for something sweet to make tonight-- I already had some Pillsbury simply peanut butter cookie dough in the fridge and PB cups that I popped in the freezer. I halved each cookie (dough) and rolled into a ball, then placed in the mini muffin pan. Perfect size and so easy to make! I only made four cookies, but I'm eating them all!!! :)

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Definitely a keeper! Mine turned out looking just like the picture. I did lightly salt the zucchini and placed in a colander for an hour, then squeezed the water out. Next time I'll skip that step, since it was a bit dry, but that's my fault for not following directions :). It was ready in 50 minutes. I'll try covering for 30 minutes and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes like other reviewers. Thanks for sharing!!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

I cooked the noodles separately as others suggested, and added four cloves of fresh garlic. Love garlic! I made "A Good Easy Garlic Chicken" from this site, shredded the chicken and added it to the soup. So simple, yet very flavorful! Thanks for sharing!!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Really good. More like a soup than a chili recipe. I tossed everything in a crock pot, including the chicken (4 frozen tenders) and cooked on high for 3 hours. Shredded the chicken, omitted the jalapeno's and used only half teaspoon of cayenne pepper since our kids (one and three) we're eating it too. Our boys loved it and our house smelled wonderful!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Pecan Pie Muffins

My goodness...these are so good! Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I sprayed my pan with olive oil instead of using paper cups and they were done in 15 minutes. Taste just like homemade pecan pie! Yum!
