Strawberry Cake from Scratch
This was probably the best strawberry cake I have ever had. I did not tweak the recipe and it turned out fine (as written, you should sift the flour before measuring). For the folks who had issues with the cake falling: Do not overbeat while mixing. I used a wooden spoon to mix this one and the texture was perfect! Served with Rick's Special Buttercream Icing, with fresh sliced strawberries between the layers. This is a keeper.
