Corn Chowder with Sausage
This recipe has become a staple at our house. I a 1# roll of spicy breakfast sausage, then serve with grated cheddar and sour cream.

Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
These are fantastic! They were a huge hit with my 16yr old son and his friends after school. I had to keep making more. I did butter and season the bottom bread add cheese the the top piece of bread buttered and seasoned. Baked 6&1/2 min first, flipped and baked till golden(use convection if you have it).

Sausage Corn Chowder
This is a great,easy recipe. My picky son loved it with grated sharp cheddar sprinkled on top(added a little sour cream on top of the chees for me). Use spicy sausage for a little more flavor.
