Broccoli Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
Not bad and SOOOOOO easy!!. I used two chicken breasts and added garlic salt and pepper. YUM!!!! Even my 5 year old ate it. I used organic broccoli and it was fantastic.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins
Pretty good!!! Not enough pumpkin and I think I will add nuts next time. Used 1/3 flour,wwflour and wheat germ mixture. Will try applesauce next time instead of oil and cut back sugar as suggested. But as is very good hearty muffins perfect to go with eggs and turkey bacon

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Dry, not good at all. I want to try it again because so many have liked it. I wonder if I left something out. They were very cake-like. And I could not taste the cream cheese filling at all.
