Dry, not good at all. I want to try it again because so many have liked it. I wonder if I left something out. They were very cake-like. And I could not taste the cream cheese filling at all.

I used 1/3 c flour, 1/3 c wheat germs and 1/3 cup flour. Reduced milk to 3/4 cup and still found it to be too wet. Even lowering then temp and letting them cook longer. I will try it again with a less ripe of a banana and see if that helps. Also the banana flavor was not that great for me but it could have been the banana. Also I added chopped walnuts and I really liked that crunch in the pancake.

These were SO good, as another reviewer suggested I made with Tzatziki Sauce II recipe and served with salad no bun tzatziki as a dressing. Very good.
