I have been married for 25 years to a truly wonderful mand, am the mom of two adult children and a student trying to finish that elusive degree. I love to cook, hate to clean up, so I will try to make anything I come across that catches my eye. I married into a Polish family and took over the Christmas Eve celebration. It is a very labor intensive meal but one of the most rewarding things I make each year. My mother in law used to cook everything in the microwave, I attempted a sirloin tip roast. It became very dried out and tough, it did however make wonderful hash and eggs the next night.
