Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta
This is a fabulous recipe! I ended up needing more bread than it called for. The pine nuts sound like a great idea.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This recipe is fantastic! I actually made pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, and they were delicious. They turned out so moist...I'm getting hungry just thinking about them!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I followed the recipe exactly, and I definitely missed the cinnamon. I got many compliments on it, but to me, an apple pie just has to have cinnamon!
