Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
WOW! Soup will never be the same at our house! Wonderful recipe! I didn't change anything.... only added a few chopped carrots for color. I tasted it when it was finished, then tasted it again, and then one more time to make sure it was really as delicious as I thought! And it was!! A keeper recipe!

Lucy's Mac and Corn
WOW WOW WOW I love this! Little changes here: I precooked the macaroni and cut the butter to half a stick. Otherwise, followed the recipe to a "t". A new favorite at our house! THANK YOU!!

Pumpkin Cookies I
Yum! Fat little cookies that are just wonderful! They came out perfect in 13 minutes. Followed the recipe exactly except for the cloves because I didn't have any. Anyway, loved them (and so did the neighbors)!! A word to the wise here.. don't store them in an airtight container!
