Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach

Apple Turnovers

Very tasty but VERY messy! The apple filling recipe makes more than it says it will, so it was a good thing I bought extra pastries.

Chocolate Pudding Cake III

Made it for a dieting friend, so substituted low fat soy milk for milk, and applesauce instead of oil. Still came out SOOOO delicious!
