Halibut Supreme

really good recipe. I made it for my picky boyfriend and he loved it. I didn't have any sour cream, so I substituted with 1/2 C buttermilk and approx. 1 tbsp melted butter and it turned out great! I'll definatly be making it again.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Great recipe. I added about 1/2 tsp vanilla. I like that the pancakes are light and fluffy, not very cakey like some recipes.
