I'm a stay home "momster" to a little cardiac boy who has had two open heart surgeries. I have a very healthy 26 yr old and a 3 1/2 yr old. I am a part time Pampered Chef consultant, so that's when I started getting into cooking/baking. I think I own every single utensil and baking dish ~ which of course makes it all so much easier. Anything easy. :-) For about 25 yrs now, every holiday we have Sweet Potato Casserole and Corn Bread Casserole. Always a hit. My grandma's German Apple Pancake is awesome, too. ? Nothing spectacular. I'm happy if I don't burn the dinner rolls, actually. I didn't roast a turkey long enough for a family Thanksgiving dinner.. but this was about 30 years ago.
