Split Pea and Ham Soup I
Didn't change anything about this recipe. Husband had never had split pea soup before and was a little apprehensive; however, he LOVED it! A quick, easy and cheap meal~~will make it over and over again for cold winter nights!

Baked Potato Soup V
This is the BEST potato soup. It is as good if not better than Bennigan's restaurant quality. Was hoping to have leftovers but the whole family loved it and it's all gone! I did cut the recipe in half. Only added a little more milk to the consistency we prefer. Excellent recipe!

Classic Macaroni Salad
I've been looking for a great macaroni salad and this is it! Cut the recipe in half and it came out great! Even my husband, who doesn't like macaroni salad, loved this one. This is a keeper in my home!
