Onion Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Very good! Tastes like regular potatoes. A nice change from the usual super-sweet sweet potatoes.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Have made this recipe several times. A definite winner! Could only find three pound roast so I used half the water and one can of soup. Made tons of gravy. Delicious and so-o-o-o easy! Next time, I'll add mushrooms as other readers suggest.

Super Duper Bean Salad
I substituted black beans for the wax beans, used Italian green beans, cut the sugar in half and added about 3/8 tsp. salt. Everyone loves it! A definite keeper!
