Mexican Rice III
This is really good, yet a little time consuming for me. I have made this several times, but I will try to find some short cuts. I make this with Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas submitted by Brenda and it is FABULOUS together! I think this is our favorite meal.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
This was really good. I used long grain brown rice, 98% fat free soups and cheddar jack cheese and it turned out perfect!

Chipotle Chicken
My husband and I didn't like this. We love spicy food, but that's all this was, heat. There was no flavor, just heat. We actually didn't finish it I really wanted to like this.
