I'm just a college kid, thrown into the world of food after getting out of my parents house. I'm finding it really enjoyable to experiment and learn what works, i hope i can match my mom someday! I love cooking dishes that are one course. Gives you everything you need on platter. My most recent triumph was needing to go out for food, but couldn't, so i scrounged together a meal from whats on hand, and apparently re-discovered Parma Rosa. I was lazy, and decided to make cookie bars instead of cookies.. but i forgot to change the cooking times and temperature. it was like a brick!
