I love to bake. Bake anything really, if its fairly simple, I'll give it a go. I love cooking veggies with different spices, sometimes it turns out great, other times not so much, but the whole process is fun! So far, my hot chocolate. Only because people have asked me to make it for them so I guess thats it. Oh, just last week I made my first roast beef dinner, all by myself, it was a big accomplishment for me. But it was SO easy and very good, a bit salty but still good. There are a couple, but I'm still standing and the house isn't burnt down yet. I say yet because my family has a tendency to burn everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING. If you never thought burning water was possible, you never met my mother. :) One involves a bottle of ketchup exploding on me, needless to say, that day the ceiling got a good scrubbing, another time for christmas I made a 'tropical frozen ice cream pie' and it was really gross. But you just have to keep on creating.
