All about me hmmm? Well I am a truckers wife and mother of three amazing kids. Two of my children are autistic so I spend alot of time involved in autism organizations. I also am currently attending school to become a special education teacher. I have always enjoyed cooking and I would have to say I love cooking desserts the best, mainly because its something my kids and I do to spend time together. apple pumpkin muffins in September, and making homemade decorations for christmas. My family loves chicken De Van and a recipe my kids call pasta a la mama (its a simple pasta I threw together when I had bare cupboards) we eat it atleast once a week now. I burnt my first ham and caught the oven on fire 20 min. before my in-laws came over for their first dinner at our home.
