Holiday Divinity
Made it twice, and was great both times! I have always been afraid to make it because I know it can be tricky, but with a stand mixer it is a breeze, mine started to set in about 12 minutes, the first time I over beat it by about a minute and it started to set, so it wasn't too pretty (crumbly) but it tasted good! The second time turned out beautifully!

Baked Custard
SOOOO Easy. My famiy loves custard and sometimes we want a snack or dessert that isn't so sweet. This is perfect. For those who say theirs were like scrambled eggs...you did something wrong because there is really no way to screw this one up! Leave it in the water bath in the oven to cool, just turn the heat off after the 40 minutes and a clean toothpick. It will be creamy and delicious! Thanks...Lacey

Spaghetti Carbonara II
I liked this quite a lot. my husband wanted more meat and the kids said it had too many onions. I thought it was good. I added a bit of half and half with the Parmesan to make it a bit creamier and used broth in place of wine, since i could not find my cork screw. I will make again and add some chicken or shrimp for the hubby, and chop the onion smaller to fool the kids (i like big sweet chunks of red onion in this! yummy!)
