Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
cookin'mama Thank you so much for this recipe, it's delicious! I've made this three times in the last month for my DH. He just can't get enough of it. It's such an easy recipe. I mix the cauliflower, garlic and EVOO all together in the pan I'm using, no need for a plastic bag.

Potato Casserole
Recipe was great, DH loved it! I couldn't make this too often, too many calories. I added freshly ground pepper.
