I am a single mother of two teenage girls. The oldest is a Junior in college (in South Carolina) and the youngest is a Senior in High School. I really enjoying trying out new recipes from here since they always complain that I make the same old stuff all the time. I have a wonderful boyfriend who eats anything I make for him and I do the same when he cooks for me. I make a really good beer can chicken on my gas grill. I also have made potato salad a couple of times lately and have had rave reviews on that also. The Monkey Bread recipe I found on this site was a huge hit with my co-workers. I made it one night and brought it in the next day and they were asking for it again the next morning. So, the day after our holiday luncheon I actually got up early and made it and took it in hot out of the oven and it didn't last an hour. When I was a teenager I wanted to make a potato souffle and my mom and I were up to our elbows in potatoes. Needless to say my mom never let me live that one down.
